Jenkin has worked with many adolescents and their families and seen the growth that comes from hard work and a desire to change. He enjoys providing an environment that allows for each person to find their own solutions. He is comfortable working with clients of any age and believes that each person can find the answers they need to heal from their past and overcome their current challenges.
Jenkin has received training and supervision using EMDR and as seen it create lasting change for people who did not believe their situations could improve. Anxiety and depression are an everyday challenge for many people and can lead to social and professional struggles. EMDR can be an effective tool to encourage these difficulties head on and change your thoughts and perceptions so that your past can lift you up rather than weigh you down.
