There is no such thing as a “perfect” life. There is no mold or template that any of us can follow to ensure that every circumstance is ideal. Life has too many factors and variables that are out of our control for that to be possible.

That is one reason why I love the human development process— in all of its varieties. Life, with all of its challenges and surprises, provides a powerful workshop for us to progress and develop toward self-actualization. The truth is, most of us aren’t very good at doing that alone. We can’t do what we don’t know, but with support and guidance, we can accomplish a lot!

Throughout my own life experiences, with help from others who had gone before me, I have developed a passion for helping people discover who they are, what makes them tick—and to help them work with their strengths to make the healthy changes they are looking for in their lives.  My passion led me to pursue first a life-coach certification and then a masters degree in marriage and family therapy. My education has provided me with research-based insight and training about the how the brain works and how much influence our relationships have on how our brains develop.
In conjunction with my education, my personality and life experience are what set me apart. My desire and ability to see people as they really are and to help them feel seen, safe, and understood are what I uniquely bring to the therapy room.  My goal is to create a safe place for you to engage in the healing process as we work together to help you to understand yourself and organize your life experiences in a meaningful way that brings a greater clarity, hope, and appreciation to your life and the world around you.
