We are certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy (EMDR), a process that involves using eye movements or other bilateral stimulation to help process traumatic memories. Other techniques we commonly use here in St. George, UT, include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Christian counseling for those who desire it. We're able to help with a wide variety of personal struggles. Most commonly, Blue Chip Counseling and EMDR helps patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and panic disorders.
